We are pleased to be one of only a handful of Mercury and MerCruiser engine dealerships in the U.K. We are required to work to a very high standard in order to maintain our status, this includes keeping a significant stock of popular engines and spares, a range of specialist tools and diagnostic kits as well as attending regular technical training updates.

Servicing
You don’t need your engine running badly or breaking down on a trip and we don’t either. To that end it’s very important to ensure that you regularly have your engine serviced, the cost of not getting it done could be significant, so why take the risk?
We offer a fixed price menu for servicing so you know exactly how much each job will cost.
Mercury offer a five-year warranty on each new engine; this will be only valid if you follow the recommended service program.
At Walker Outboard Services, we have the latest in computer diagnostic equipment and specialist service tools for Mercury, Mariner MerCruiser engines.
Repairs
We will carry out a visual inspection of your engine and use our diagnostic tools to help estimate repair and labour costs.
Spares
We stock a wide range of parts and can often get next day delivery on non-stock items

About Walker Outboard Services
We have been selling, servicing and repairing boat engines since 1978. We are specialist boat engine business and are a main dealer for Mercury outboard, MerCruiser engines and Quicksilver parts (we can service other brands).
Here at our workshop in Caversham we have all the facilities required to help deliver exceptional service to our clients, we look to get each job right first time to enable safe and enjoyable boating.
In addition, we also have a mobile workshop that allows us to work offsite at local marinas and boat yards.
We are very proud of what we have achieved as a business, with a loyal client base that includes: local marinas, schools, colleges, universities, rowing clubs and a wide range of boat owners. We regularly visit clients at Val Wyatt Wargrave, Windsor and Maidenhead Marina, Bray Marina. Thames and Kennett marina and many others in the Thames valley.
We are passionate about all things boat and our goal is to ensure you enjoy reliable and safe use of your craft, so regular servicing is very important.
